The Art of the Pause Class

We are currently living in the most distraction-ridden culture ever known. A necessary art form has been lost and it is robbing our peace and the ability to pursue our purpose. The problem is most of us have forgotten how to pause and allow ourselves the space to explore the passion within! We’ve let fear squelch our curiosity because life hasn’t always played fair.

During this class, we will dive into the wisdom of King David in Psalm 23 and you’ll be invited on a journey to walk to the rhythm of God’s heartbeat and experience the freedom and peace that comes from resting in his way. For it is in the stillness of God’s presence where our freedom lies, our hearts come alive, and our purposes are set free! God can’t wait for you to press the pause button and hear his heart for you. You will be blown away by how he sees you and the dreams he has for your life. So, dare to take this journey with me as we learn to quiet our souls and breathe more of him in!

This class will be led by Josie Muterspaw, a professional clinical counselor who has specialized in the treatment of complex trauma and PTSD. Josie and her husband Nate are the founders of Shine Healing Ministries and Selah Ranch.
